摘要
钢结构是天然的装配式结构,本技术是基于其特性,研发的一种让大型拱肋合拢段通过合拢工装,能如同一个大型锲块一样锲入两个拱肋边节段中间,并快速实现拱圈整体稳定的新技术。采用本技术能在30~40 min的时间内即可完成101.3 m长、520 t重的拱肋合拢段合拢施工,并撤离吊装设备。采用本技术进行拱肋合拢段施工具有效率更高、占用设备和场地时间极短的优点。
Steel structure is a natural prefabricated structure,and this technology is developed based on its characteristics.It is a new technology that allows the large arch rib closure section to be wedged into the middle of two arch rib edge segments like a large wedge block through a closure fixture,and quickly achieve overall stability of the arch ring.The use of this technology can complete the closure construction of a 101.3-meter-long and 520 ton arch rib closure section in 30~40 minutes,and evacuate the lifting equipment.The use of this technology for the construction of arch rib closure sections has the advantages of higher efficiency,extremely short equipment and site occupation time.
