摘要
近年来,随着自然灾害的增多,电力系统受到灾害的影响在逐步增大,配电网作为电力系统与用户直接对接的供电设施,对增强配电网应对突发灾害能力的研究也备受关注。为衡量配电网应对突发灾害的能力,研究人员引入了韧性电网的概念。基于高原农村配电网特点,从网络结构、设备配置、管理措施三个方面提出高原农村地区韧性配电网提升策略。
In recent years,with the increasing number of natural disasters,the impact of disasters on the power system has gradually increased.As a power supply facility that directly connects the power system with users,research on enhancing the ability of the distribution network to respond to sudden disasters has also received much attention.To measure the ability of distribution networks to respond to sudden disasters,researchers have introduced the concept of resilient power grids.Based on the characteristics of the distribution network in rural areas on the plateau,this article proposes strategies to improve the resilience of the distribution network in rural areas on the plateau from three aspects:network structure,equipment configuration,and management measures.
