摘要
针对新能源发电的波动性和随机性挑战,提出了一种新的电力系统优化调度策略,考虑了新能源的不确定性。通过建立以最小化运行成本为目标的模型,并应用改进的粒子群优化算法进行求解,有效降低了系统运行成本并提升了新能源的利用率。实际运行数据测试显示,该策略在减少成本和增强新能源消纳方面效果显著,为电力系统的安全经济运行提供了有效手段。
This study proposes a new power system optimization scheduling strategy to address the challenges of volatility and randomness in new energy generation,taking into account the uncertainty of new energy.By establishing a model with the goal of minimizing operating costs and applying an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm for solution,the system's operating costs have been effectively reduced and the utilization rate of new energy has been improved.Actual operational data testing shows that this strategy has significant effects in reducing costs and enhancing the consumption of new energy,providing an effective means for the safe and economic operation of the power system.
