摘要
针对10 kV配网电力工程施工过程中存在的诸多问题,通过分析施工现场实际案例和工程经验采用数据统计和现场调研方法,从工序控制、人员素养、设备维护等多个维度进行深入研究,调查结果显示,施工单位在技术规范执行、设备检修、人员培训等方面仍存在不足。通过优化施工工艺流程、完善设备检测制度、强化技术交底等措施,显著降低了施工隐患,工程合格率提升了15%,设备故障率下降了30%,研究表明通过建立健全施工标准体系、加强技术培训考核、实施动态监测等方式,能有效提高10 kV配网电力工程的整体水平,为后续工程实践提供参考依据。
In response to the many problems that exist in the construction process of 10kV distribution network power engineering,data statistics and on-site research methods were used to analyze actual cases and engineering experience on the construction site.In depth research was conducted from multiple dimensions such as process control,personnel literacy,and equipment maintenance.The investigation results showed that the construction unit still has shortcomings in technical specification execution,equipment maintenance,personnel training,and other aspects.By optimizing the construction process,improving the equipment testing system,and strengthening technical disclosure measures,construction hazards have been significantly reduced.The engineering qualification rate has increased by 15%,and the equipment failure rate has decreased by 30%.Research has shown that by establishing a sound construction standard system,strengthening technical training and assessment,and implementing dynamic monitoring,the overall level of 10 kV distribution network power engineering can be effectively improved,providing reference for subsequent engineering practices.
