摘要
针对高比例分布式电源接入主动配电网引发的保护与控制协同难题,本研究提出基于数值过流继电器的多组整定值动态切换自适应保护策略。该方法通过预置适应不同运行场景的保护整定值组,构建基于本地电气量特征量的运行模式辨识机制,实现故障工况下最优整定值的实时匹配。经IEEE 34节点测试系统验证,所提策略故障类型识别准确率达97.27%,平均响应时间小于20 ms,性能优于传统反时限保护方案。工程应用表明该策略具备拓扑自适应能力,可协调主-后备继电保护时序配合,保障电网故障期间保护系统的快速性与选择性,对提升新型电力系统安全稳定运行具有实践价值。
This study proposes a multi group dynamic switching adaptive protection strategy based on numerical overcurrent relays to address the protection and control coordination challenges caused by the high proportion of distributed power sources connected to active distribution networks.This method constructs an operation mode identification mechanism based on local electrical characteristic quantities by presetting protection setting value groups that are suitable for different operating scenarios,achieving real-time matching of optimal setting values under fault conditions.Verified by the IEEE 34 node testing system,the proposed strategy achieves an accuracy of 97.27%in identifying fault types,with an average response time of less than 20 ms,and outperforms traditional inverse time protection schemes in terms of performance.Engineering applications have shown that this strategy has topology adaptive capability,can coordinate the timing coordination of main and backup relay protection,ensure the speed and selectivity of the protection system during power grid faults,and has practical value for improving the safe and stable operation of new power systems.
