摘要
变电站中压出线间隔是配电网最为宝贵的资源之一,间隔利用的合理性是电网规划和运行中至关重要的一环。通过构建变电站负载率、间隔使用率两个维度,以间隔使用率为横坐标,变电站负载率为纵坐标,构建四象限。针对处于合理区间外的四种变电站,分析原因,从技术层面与管理层面提出对应的优化策略。
The interval between medium voltage outgoing lines in substations is one of the most valuable resources in the distribution network,and the rationality of interval utilization is a crucial part of power grid planning and operation.This article constructs four quadrants by constructing two dimensions:substation load rate and interval utilization rate,with interval utilization rate as the horizontal axis and substation load rate as the vertical axis.Analyze the reasons for the four types of substations that are outside the reasonable range,and propose corresponding optimization strategies from both technical and management perspectives.
