基于非线性规划的黑龙江省源储容量优化配置方案

摘要 随着“碳中和”目标的提出,黑龙江省将推动能源体系绿色低碳转型,优先发展非化石能源,规模化、基地化开发风能、太阳能资源,推动生物质能充分利用,建立以新能源为主体的新型电力系统。为提升新能源消纳能力,促进新能源健康发展,通过非线性规划模型统筹测算黑龙江省新能源和储能设备合理的发展规模和优化配置方案,为“碳中和”目标的实现提供发展建议。 With the proposal of the goal of"carbon neutrality",Heilongjiang Province will promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the energy system,prioritize the development of non fossil energy,develop wind and solar energy resources on a large scale and in bases,promote the full utilization of biomass energy,and establish a new power system with new energy as the main body.In order to enhance the consumption capacity of new energy and promote the healthy development of new energy,a nonlinear programming model was used to comprehensively calculate the reasonable development scale and optimized configuration plan of new energy and energy storage equipment in Heilongjiang Province,providing development suggestions for achieving the goal of"carbon neutrality".
