摘要
随着风力发电行业的迅速发展,风力机的运行效率和可靠性成为关键议题。多源数据融合技术通过整合来自不同传感器和数据源的信息,为风力机的状态监测和故障诊断提供了强有力的支持。为了探讨如何利用多源数据融合技术,构建了一个高效的风力机在线监测与故障精准诊断系统。该系统对风力机运行过程中的各类数据进行全面采集和分析,能够实现实时监测风力机的运行状态,及时发现潜在故障,并提供准确的故障诊断结果,从而为风力发电行业的运维管理提供科学依据和技术支持。
With the rapid development of the wind power industry,the operational efficiency and reliability of wind turbines have become a key issue.Multi-source data fusion technology provides strong support for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of wind turbines by integrating information from different sensors and data sources.In order to explore how to use multi-source data fusion technology,an efficient online monitoring and accurate fault diagnosis system for wind turbines was constructed.The system comprehensively collects and analyses all kinds of data during the operation of wind turbines,which can realise real-time monitoring of the operation status of wind turbines,timely find potential faults,and provide accurate fault diagnosis results,so as to provide scientific basis and technical support for the operation and maintenance management of the wind power industry.
