摘要
大口径顶管技术凭借非开挖、少占路面、精准控制沉降等优势,正成为城市电力电缆通道土建工程的重要替代方案。从技术原理、设计参数、施工工艺、风险控制与经济效益等方面,系统阐述其在高密度配电网络中的应用价值,并结合典型工程验证技术适应性与推广前景,为未来地下电缆走廊建设提供理论参考。在研究过程中,采集多类型地层试验数据,通过有限元数值模拟与现场监测结果对比,进一步揭示管壁受力特征与周边建筑物安全影响,提出优化建议。
Large caliber pipe jacking technology,with its advantages of non excavation,less occupation of road surface,and precise control of settlement,is becoming an important alternative solution for urban power cable channel civil engineering.This article systematically elaborates on its application value in high-density distribution networks from the aspects of technical principles,design parameters,construction processes,risk control,and economic benefits.It also verifies the technical adaptability and promotion prospects through typical engineering projects,providing theoretical references for the future construction of underground cable corridors.During the research process,multiple types of geological test data were collected.By comparing the finite element numerical simulation with on-site monitoring results,the stress characteristics of the pipe wall and the safety impact on surrounding buildings were further revealed,and optimization suggestions were proposed.
