配电变压器热斑温度的CFD建模、分析与实践应用

摘要 主要研究配电变压器(DT)热斑温度(HST)相关内容。通过基于CFD的三维建模,考虑油枕等因素精确模拟DT热行为,对比热成像仪测量结果验证建模精确度。研究表明油枕对HST影响显著,不考虑油枕会使HST大幅增加。 This paper mainly studies the hot spot temperature(HST)of distribution transformer(DT).Through CFD-based 3D modeling,the thermal behavior of DT was accurately simulated considering factors such as oil pillows,and the modeling accuracy was verified by comparing the measurement results of the thermal imager.Studies have shown that oil pillows have a significant effect on HST,and that HST increases significantly without considering oil pillows.
