某220 kV变电站中35 kV电压互感器烧毁原因分析

摘要 针对某220 kV变电站中的35 kV电压互感器维护运检后,在送电一段时间后,发生烧毁并炸裂事故,结合现场情况、故障品的试验检测和实物解剖等相关研究分析,找出是由于发生母线单相弧光或闪络接地引发电压互感器铁磁谐振而产生一次绕组过流烧毁炸裂导致的,并提出了防范预防措施,以供相关工作技术人员参考。 In response to the burning and explosion accident of a 35 kV voltage transformer in a 220 kV substation after maintenance and operation,combined with on-site conditions,experimental detection of faulty products,and physical dissection,the cause of the accident was identified as the primary winding overcurrent burning and explosion caused by single-phase arc or flashover grounding of the busbar,which caused ferromagnetic resonance of the voltage transformer.And preventive measures were proposed for reference by relevant technical personnel in future work.
