摘要
针对温度、湿度及电场等因素对变压器的绝缘材料的影响展开探讨,同时对不同的绝缘性能测试技术进行分析,包括传统的直流电阻、交流耐压以及局部放电测试方法,还包括现代的频谱分析、红外热像以及超声波检测技术。研究结果表明,选用适宜的绝缘材料、对变压器的运行环境进行优化,再结合先进的检测技术,可有效地提升变压器的绝缘性能,减少故障的发生几率,保证其安全稳定地运行。
This article explores how factors such as temperature,humidity,and electric field affect the insulation materials of transformers,and analyzes different insulation performance testing techniques,including traditional DC resistance,AC withstand voltage,and partial discharge testing methods,as well as modern spectrum analysis,infrared thermography,and ultrasonic testing techniques.The research results indicate that selecting suitable insulation materials,optimizing the operating environment of transformers,and combining advanced detection technology can effectively improve the insulation performance of transformers,reduce the probability of faults,and ensure their safe and stable operation.
