摘要
为探究艾纳香叶片扦插繁育的高效育苗技术,以健康、无病虫害的艾纳香叶片为材料,采用4组单因素实验设计法,对不同年限、叶片部位、叶面积大小和植物生长调节剂类型展开研究。结果表明,各因素中最佳处理分别是一年生艾纳香N-1、叶片部位B-1、1/2叶面积大小L-2和植物生长调节剂S-18(IAA 30 mg/L+NAA 30 mg/L),分别对9个、6个、5个及12个生长指标具有显著的促进作用,明显优于因素内其他处理,该法可适用于开展艾纳香叶片扦插繁育的种苗快繁。
To explore the efficient seedling cultivation technique of cutting and propagating the leaves of Blumea balsam ifera,healthy and disease-free Blumea balsam ifera leaves were selected as materials.Four groups of single-factor experimental design methods were adopted to conduct research on different ages,leaf parts,leaf area sizes and types of plant growth regulators.The results showed that among the various factors,the optimal treatments were annual Blumea balsamifera N-1,leaf part B-1,1/2 leaf area size L-2 and plant growth regulator S-18(IAA 30 mg/L+NAA 30 mg/L),which had significant promoting effects on 9,6,5 and 12 growth indicators respectively,and were significantly better than other treatments within the factors.This method could he applied to the rapid propagation of seedlings propagated by cuttings of Blumea balsamifera leaves.
