摘要
列宁认为,党的纲领是彰显党的性质、目标、原则及任务的旗帜,是凝聚全党力量、指引革命和建设的科学指南。列宁阐明,党的纲领是最高纲领和最低纲领的统一,要立足现实、反映现实、在实践中不断丰富党的纲领。回顾国际共产主义运动的历史,可以看到,无产阶级政党能否始终坚持和捍卫党的纲领,正确认识和处理好党的最高纲领与最低纲领的关系,立足现实,不断丰富和完善党的纲领,事关马克思主义的指导地位,事关党的领导地位,事关社会主义事业的兴衰成败。百余年来,中国共产党总结历史经验和教训,对党的纲领的坚持和丰富既立足于社会主义初级阶段的现实国情,又坚持和指向实现共产主义远大目标,在开拓创新中始终坚定共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义共同理想。
According to Lenin,the Party's program is the banner that highlights the Party's nature,goals,principles and tasks,and is the scientific guide that unites the Party's strength and guides its revolution and construction.Lenin expounded that the Party's program is the unity of the highest and lowest programs,and that it should be based on reality,reflect reality,and be constantly enriched in practice.Looking back at the history of the international communist movement,we can see that whether a proletarian political party can always adhere to and defend its program,correctly understand and deal with the relationship between the Party's highest and lowest programs,and constantly enrich and improve the Party's program based on the reality is of vital importance to the guiding position of Marxism,the Party's leading position,and the cause of socialism.For more than 100 years,the CPC has summarized up the historical experiences and lessons,adhered to and enriched the Party's program not only on the basis of the realities of China at the primary stage of socialism,but also by adhering to and pointing to the realization of the ambitious goal of communism,and has always stood firm on the lofty ideals of communism and the common ideals of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the course of breaking new ground and making innovations.
