摘要
目的:探讨碱性清洗剂对消毒供应室医疗器械清洗质量的影响。方法:研究对象为龙里县中医医院消毒供应室2023年6—12月需要清洗的医疗器械600件,随机将器械分成对照组与观察组,每组300件。对照组使用多酶清洗剂进行清洗,观察组使用碱性清洗剂进行清洗。对两组医疗器械清洗效果和清洗质量评分进行比较。结果:观察组医疗器械清洗优良率比对照组高(P=0.033);观察组安全性、经济性、实用性、有效性评分较对照组高(P<0.001)。结论:在对消毒供应室医疗器械进行清洗时,使用碱性清洗剂的效果优于多酶清洗剂,可提高清洗效果及质量,在清洗经济性、有效性及安全性方面具有明显优势。
Objective:To study the influence of alkaline cleaning agents on the cleaning quality of medical devices in disinfection supply room.Methods:A total of 600 medical devices that needed to be cleaned in disinfection supply room at Longli County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June to December 2023 were included in the study.These devices were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 300 devices in each group.The control group used multi-enzyme cleaning agents for cleaning,while the observation group used alkaline cleaning agents for cleaning.The medical device cleaning effect and cleaning quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of medical device cleaning in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.033).The safety,economy,practicability and effectiveness scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:In the cleaning of medical devices in the disinfection supply room,the alkaline cleaning agents have better effects than the multi-enzyme cleaning agents,and can improve the cleaning effect and quality,and have obvious advantages in cleaning economy,effectiveness and safety.
