摘要
目的:分析重点监控药品管理对医保控费管理效率及合理用药情况的影响。方法:选取泗洪医院2022年1—12月实施常规药品管理模式期间收治的住院患者1000例纳入对照组,另选取泗洪医院2023年1—12月实施重点监控药品管理模式后收治的住院患者1000例纳入观察组。对比两组人均药费、重点监控药费、合理用药情况及用药不适宜处方发生情况。结果:观察组住院药费、重点监控药费、重点监控药费占比低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组不合理处方总发生率低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组遴选药品不适宜、药品剂型或给药途径不适宜、用法用量不适宜、有配伍禁忌或不良相互作用发生率及用药不适宜处方总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重点监控药品管理模式有助于提高医保控费管理效率、临床用药合理性,减少用药不规范、不适宜等情况。
Objective:To analyze the influence of key monitoring drug management on the efficiency of medical insurance cost control management and rational drug use.Methods:A total of 1000 inpatients admitted to Sihong Hospital from January to December 2022 under conventional drug management mode were included in the control group.Another 1000 inpatients admitted to Sihong Hospital from January to December 2023 after key monitoring drug management mode was implemented were included in the observation group.The per capita drug cost,key monitoring drug cost,rational drug use and the occurrence of inappropriate prescriptions for drug use were compared between the two groups.Results:The drug cost during hospitalization,key monitoring drug cost and key monitoring drug cost ratio in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of irrational prescriptions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.001).The incidence of unsuitable drug selection,unsuitable drug dosage form or route of administration,unsuitable usage and dosage,incompatibility or adverse interaction and inappropriate prescriptions in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The key monitoring drug management model is conducive to improving the efficiency of medical insurance cost control management and clinical medication rationality,and reducing non-standard and inappropriate medication.
