摘要
目的:探究药学干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者遵医嘱用药依从性、用药合理性的影响。方法:选择2024年1—12月习水县民化镇卫生院收治的AECOPD患者80例进行研究,以随机数字表法分为对照组(常规干预)、观察组(在对照组基础上进行药学干预),各40例。对两组患者遵医嘱用药依从性、用药合理性进行对比。结果:观察组自我效能、遵医行为、健康信念、疾病知晓及药物知识知晓评分较对照组更高(P<0.001);观察组用药不合理情况总发生率较对照组更低(P=0.034)。结论:对AECOPD患者采取药学干预的效果更佳,可有效提高患者遵医嘱用药依从性及用药合理性。
Objective:To explore the influence of pharmaceutical intervention on medication compliance and rational drug use in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:A total of 80 AECOPD patients admitted to Minhua Town Health Center in Xishui County from January to December 2024 were selected for study.They were divided into control group(routine intervention)and observation group(pharmaceutical intervention on the basis of control group)by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The medication compliance and rational drug use were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of self-efficacy,medical compliance behavior,health belief,disease awareness and drug knowledge awareness in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of irrational drug use in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.034).Conclusion:The pharmaceutical intervention has a better effect in AECOPD patients,and can effectively improve the medication compliance and rational drug use of patients.
