摘要
采用“一锅”法的策略制备了一种具有可拉伸性、导电、抗冻性、自愈合性能的聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚丙烯酸(PAA)/尿素(Urea)/Fe^(3+)水凝胶。结果表明,PVA/PAA/Urea/Fe^(3+)水凝胶具有良好的自愈合性能,愈合效果达90%以上,同时具有良好的力学性能,其拉伸强度为0.27 MPa,断裂伸长率为719%,韧性为0.72 MJ/m^(3)。能够在-20℃的低温环境中工作。在100%应变时,灵敏因子可达2.1,且该水凝胶可以在-20℃环境中通过无线蓝牙设备远程监测人体关节的运动状态,在100次拉伸循环测试中相对电阻值的电信号没有出现衰减的情况。这一策略为制备高强度、抗冻、导电的水凝胶提供了一种可行的方法,扩展了水凝胶应变传感器在复杂环境中的应用前景。
A polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/polyacrylic acid(PAA)/urea/Fe^(3+)hydrogel with tensibility,conductivity,frost resistance and self-healing properties was prepared by the strategy of"one-pot"method.The research results show that PVA/PAA/urea/Fe^(3+)hydrogel has good self-healing properties,the healing effect is more than 90%,and it also has good mechanical properties.The tensile strength is 0.27 MPa,the elongation at break is 719%,and the toughness is 0.72 MJ/m^(3).It can work in a low temperature environment of-20℃,while at 100%strain,the sensitivity factor can reach 2.1,and the hydrogel can remotely monitor the motion state of human joints through wireless Bluetooth devices at-20℃,and there is no attenuation of the electrical signal of the relative resistance value during the 100 stretch cycle test.This strategy provides a feasible method for preparing hydrogels with high strength,frost resistance and conductivity,and expands the application prospect of hydrogel strain sensor in complex environments.
