摘要
针对现有野外工作智能头盔应用在野外环境时存在通信不畅、响应时延较大的问题,提出一种新型野外工作智能头盔系统设计方案。系统由基站、头盔和应用端组成,采用以STM32F103ZET6为核心的战舰V3开发板作为基站主控板,STM32F103C8T6最小系统板作为头盔主控板,并且配备一款APP作为应用端。系统采用“LoRa+WIFI”2种组合无线通信模式,实现“头盔-基站-APP”三方通信传输,并通过“基站+APP”2种操作模式最大程度确保系统稳定运行。测试结果表明,该系统通信传输效果受外界影响较小,可以稳定监测头盔佩戴者的状态及工作环境情况,对野外工作人员生命安全保障具有重要意义。
Aiming at the problems of poor communication and large response delay when the existing smart helmet for field work is applied in the field environment,a new design scheme for field work smart helmet system is proposed.The system consists of a base station,a helmet and an application terminal.The warship V3 development board with STM32F103ZET6 as the core is used as the base station main control board,the STM32F103C8T6 minimum system board is used as the helmet main control board,and an APP is equipped as the application terminal.The system adopts two combined wireless communication modes of"LoRa+WIFI"to realize"helmet-base station-APP"three-party communication transmission,and ensures stable operation of the system to the greatest extent through the two operating modes of"base station+APP".The test results show that the communication transmission effect of the system is less affected by the outside world,and can stably monitor the status of the helmet wearer and the working environment,which is of great significance to the safety of field workers.
