摘要
创新与实战化能力融合培养是提升研究生培养质量的有效措施。该文深入分析创新能力和实战化能力的深层机理,提出融合培养的质量标准,完成适应新时代军校研究生教学的创新和实战化能力实践研究,构建包括“组训方法-内容体系-教学条件”三位一体的教学模式,设计出一套适用于水声专业教学的融合方案。通过实践检验,能够提升院校研究生教育教学的改革水平。
Integration and cultivation of innovation and actualization ability on military application is the important measure to improve the quality of research institutes.In this paper,the deep mechanism of innovation ability and actualization ability on military application is analyzed in detail.Moreover,the quality standard of integration and cultivation is put forward.The practical research on the innovation and actualization ability on military application to adapt to the new era of military academy graduate teaching has been completed which includes the three-in-one teaching mode of group training method,content system and training condition.A fusion scheme suitable for the teaching of underwater acoustic majoring is designed.Through practice test,the reform level of education and teaching in colleges and universities is improved actually.
