产业互联网平台通过资源整合、数据驱动与智能决策,能显著提升产业链协作效率、创新能力与韧性安全;产业链政策通过制度设计与工具创新,能有效促进产业竞争活力、分工协作与创新升级。产业互联网平台和产业链政策具有目标一致性、功能互补性和动态协作性,二者在目标、功能和机制层面能够为现代化产业体系建设新范式协同赋能。对此,两者协同赋能的重点应聚焦于强化产业基础、深化创新驱动、加强跨区域协作、推动绿色可持续发展以及构建产业安全屏障等方面,全力助推中国式现代化产业体系建设。
Industrial Internet platforms can significantly improve the efficiency,innovation capabilities,and resilience and security of industrial chains through resource integration,data-driven decision-making,and intelligent decision-making.Industrial chain policies can effectively promote industrial competitiveness,collaborative operations,and innovation upgrades through institutional design and tool innovation.Industrial Internet platforms and industrial chain policies share common objectives,complementary functions,and dynamic synergy.They can work together to empower the construction of a new paradigm for a modern industrial system at the levels of objectives,functions,and mechanisms.In this regard,the focus of their collaborative empowerment should be on strengthening the industrial foundation,deepening innovation-driven development,enhancing crossregional collaboration,promoting green sustainable development,and building industrial security barriers,with the aim of fully supporting the construction of a Chinese-style modern industrial system.
