大悬臂盖梁与高墩柱一体化施工工艺研究

摘要 江河和山谷范围内矩形墩柱常被设计成与上部盖梁斜交形式,这种形式将会导致的斜交牛腿托架无法循环利用,进而造成材料浪费和安全隐患等问题,针对于此,本文提出一种矩形高墩盖梁施工用正交转斜交液压牛腿托架,结合山东省内公路项目某特大桥矩形高墩盖梁施工,进行了各类施工方案的对比。结果表明:相较于以往牛腿托架施工、盘扣支架施工以及钢管桩加贝雷片施工,该矩形高墩盖梁施工用正交转斜交液压牛腿托架可以实现斜交盖梁牛腿托架向正交盖梁牛腿托架的高效转化,加快施工进度,节约施工成本,提高施工的安全性。 In view of the problems of material waste and potential safety hazar-ds caused by the inability to recycle the oblique corbel bracket due to the fact that the rectangular pier column in the range of river water and river beach is often designed to be obliquely intersected with the upper cap beam,this paper proposes an orthogonal oblique hydraulic corbel bracket for the construction of rectangular high pier cap beam.Combined with the construction of rectangular high pier cap beam of a super large bridge in the sixth section of Shandong Provincial highway construction project,various construction schemes are compared.The results show that compared with the previous corbel bracket construction,disc buckle bracket construction and steel pipe pile with bailey plate construction,the orthogonal to skew hydraulic corbel bracket for the construction of rectangular high pier cap beam can realize the transformation from skew cap beam corbel bracket to orthogonal cap beam corbel bracket,speed up the construction progress,save the construction cost and improve the construction safety.
