摘要
目的探讨益血生胶囊联合多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗对妊娠期缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者铁代谢指标的影响。方法选取肥城市中医医院2022年8月—2023年8月收治的260例妊娠期IDA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组130例。对照组采用多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用益血生胶囊治疗,两组均治疗4周。对比两组的临床疗效、铁代谢指标、贫血指标、不良妊娠结局发生情况、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.38%,高于对照组的88.46%,不良妊娠结局发生率为4.62%,低于对照组的16.15%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清铁蛋白、血清铁、血红蛋白水平、红细胞计数、红细胞压积均高于对照组,总铁结合力低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益血生胶囊联合多糖铁复合物胶囊应用于妊娠期IDA患者中,能够有效改善患者的铁代谢指标、贫血指标,降低不良妊娠结局发生风险,且不良反应较少。
Objective To investigate the effects of Yixuesheng Capsules combined with Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules on iron metabolism indexes in pregnant women with iron-deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods A total of 260 pregnant women with IDA admitted to Tai’an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 130 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules,while the observation group received Yixuesheng Capsules on the basis of the control group’s treatment,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,iron metabolism indexes,anemia indexes,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.38%,which was higher than 88.46%in the control group,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 4.62%,which was lower than 16.15%in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum ferritin,serum iron,hemoglobin level,red blood cell count,and hematocrit in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,while total iron-binding capacity was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yixuesheng Capsules and Polysaccharide Iron Complex Capsules in pregnant women with IDA can effectively improve iron metabolism indexes and anemia indexes,reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and cause fewer adverse reactions.
