摘要
目的探讨中药贴敷联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠在重症肺炎支原体肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年6月—2024年6月泰州市中医医院收治的90例重症肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床资料,按不同治疗方法将其分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=60)。对照组采用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合中药贴敷治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、症状改善时间、炎症因子及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组咳嗽改善时间、发热改善时间、肺部湿啰音改善时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于治疗前,且试验组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药贴敷联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗重症肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的效果确切,可促进患儿的临床症状缓解,降低炎症反应,且安全性较好。
Objective Exploring the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with methylprednisolone succinate sodium in the treatment of children with severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 90 children with severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to June 2024,divided into a control group(n=30)and an experimental group(n=60)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate,while the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine application on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,improvement time of symptoms,inflammatory factors,and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than the 76.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of cough,fever,and pulmonary wet rales in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the average levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor alpha,and interleukin-6 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine application combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate has a definite effect on the treatment of children with severe mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,which can promote the relief of clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reactions,and has good safety.
