摘要 为解决低温甲醇洗甲醇换热器管道腐蚀问题,分析腐蚀机理并提出防护措施。以某化工园区低温甲醇洗装置为研究对象,使用SEM和EDS方法对管道腐蚀位置处进行分析,明确腐蚀原因。由SEM测试结果可知,腐蚀受点蚀、晶界腐蚀、冲刷腐蚀3种形式共同作用;由EDS分析可知,H_(2)S和溶解氧协同作用易导致管道出现复合腐蚀。建议采用双相不锈钢材料、表面涂层处理和工艺参数优化等综合防护措施。 To address the issue of pipeline corrosion in the methanol heat exchanger of low-temperature methanol washing,the corrosion mechanism is analyzed and protective measures are proposed.Taking a low-temperature methanol washing unit in a certain chemical industrial park as the research object,the corrosion location of the pipeline is analyzed by SEM and EDS methods to clarify the cause of corrosion.The SEM test results show that the corrosion is jointly affected by three reasons:pitting corrosion,grain boundary corrosion,and erosion corrosion.The EDS analysis indicates that the pipeline also suffers from composite corrosion caused by the synergistic effect of H_(2)S and dissolved oxygen.It is recommended to adopt comprehensive protective measures such as using duplex stainless steel materials,surface coating treatment,and optimizing process parameters.
