输油站场多救援点火灾路径三维测度方法

摘要 在输油站场火灾救援过程中,消防员、消防车、被困人员等节点存在空间分布差异,使路径规划需同时处理局部(节点间)与全局(整体网络)尺度,难以实现多起点多终点耦合,增加了路径三维测度的难度。为了满足复杂多变的火灾救援需求,提出输油站场多救援点火灾路径三维测度方法。基于三维地图构建方法和栅格化处理方法构建输油站场三维空间栅格地图,从时效性、安全性以及复杂度三个维度出发,构建输油站场多起点、多终点火灾救援路径三维测度模型。依照多目标决策理论,通过线性加权法将三维测度模型中的多目标决策问题转换成单目标决策问题,确定各维度的权重向量。采用蚁群算法对综合测度函数进行求解,同时规划局部与全局尺度,保障最终路径规划结果具有全局最优性。实验结果显示,该方法构建的三维空间模型可将救援时间有效控制在240 s内,救援风险均较低,且救援路径复杂度则控制在3以内。 During fire rescue operations in oil transportation stations,spatial distribution differences among firefighters,fire trucks,trapped personnel and other nodes exist,which requires path planning to simultaneously handle local(inter-node)and global(network-wide)scales,making it difficult to achieve multi-origin and multi-endpoint coupling and increasing the difficulty of three-dimensional path measurement.In order to meet the complex and ever-changing needs of fire rescue,a three-dimensional measurement method for fire paths at multiple rescue points in oil stations was proposed.Based on the 3D map construction method and rasterization processing method,a 3D spatial grid map of oil transportation stations was constructed.Starting from the three dimensions of timeliness,safety,and complexity,a 3D measurement model of multi-starting and multi-ending fire rescue paths for oil transportation stations was constructed.According to the multi-objective decision-making theory,the multi-objective decision-making problem in the three-dimensional measurement model was transformed into a single-objective decision-making one through linear weighting method,and the weight vectors of each di mension were determined.Using ant colony algorithm,the comprehensive measurement function was solved,while planning local and global scales,to ensure that the final path planning result has global optimality.The experimental results showed that the three-dimensional space model constructed by this method can effectively control the rescue time within 240 s,with low rescue risks,and the complexity of the rescue path is controlled within 3.
