摘要
随着社会数字化转型的深入,数字排斥、数字文盲等数字鸿沟问题日益突出,保障数字弱势社群切实享有公共文化服务的基本权益,已经成为社会主义文化强国建设的必由之路。作为公共文化服务重要阵地的公共图书馆,弱势社群的数字包容成为其重要的工作内容。通过对弱势社群进行深度访谈,获取原始访谈资料,运用扎根理论方法,对访谈文本进行编码处理,分析我国公共图书馆弱势社群数字包容影响因素,得到公共图书馆弱势群体数字包容的理论研究模型,进而在我国公共图书馆数字包容实践领域提出相关优化路径。
With the deepening of the digital transformation of society,digital exclusion and digital illiteracy and other digital divide problems have become increasingly prominent,and ensuring the basic rights and interests of digitally disadvantaged groups to enjoy public cultural services has become the only way to build a socialist cultural power.As an important position of public cultural services,the digital inclusion of vulnerable groups has become an important part of its work.Through in-depth interviews with disadvantaged groups,the original interview materials were obtained,and the interview texts were coded and processed by using the grounded theory method,and the influencing factors of digital inclusion of disadvantaged groups in public libraries in China were analyzed,and the theoretical research model of digital inclusion of disadvantaged groups in public libraries was obtained,and then relevant advantages were proposed in the field of digital inclusion practice of public libraries in China path.
