摘要
为明晰外源激素对狗牙根〔Cynodon dactylon(L.)〕分蘖的影响,以喀什狗牙根〔Cynodon dactylon(L.)Pers cv.Kashi〕为研究对象,在三叶期和七叶期分别喷施生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)和细胞分裂素(CTK),测定喀什狗牙根分蘖数及分蘖节生理指标。结果表明,七叶期喷施赤霉素更利于喀什狗牙根分蘖,第3天即显效,第9天趋于稳定。三叶期施用生长素和赤霉素可显著降低喀什狗牙根分蘖节中丙二醛(MDA)含量,同时提升渗透调节物质积累水平,促进喀什狗牙根的分蘖;七叶期施用细胞分裂素则抑制分蘖节抗氧化酶活性及渗透调节物质积累水平,导致丙二醛含量增加,不利于分蘖;相关性分析表明,分蘖节过氧化氢酶(CAT)与过氧化物酶(POD)活性是影响喀什狗牙根分蘖的主要因素。
In order to clarify the effect of exogenous hormones on the tillering of Cynodon dactylon(L.),this experiment took Cynodon dactylon(L.)Pers cv.Kashi as the research object.Auxin(IAA),gibberellin(GA)and cytokinin(CTK)were sprayed at the three-leaf stage and the seven-leaf stage,respectively.The number of tillers and the physiological indexes of tiller nodes were measured.The results showed that spraying gibberellin at the seven-leaf stage was more conducive to the tillering of Cynodon dactylon(L.),which was effective on the third day and tended to be stable on the ninth day.The application of auxin and gibberellin at the three-leaf stage could significantly reduce the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the tillering nodes of Cynodon dactylon(L.),while increasing the accumulation of osmotic adjustment substances and promoting the tillering of Cynodon dactylon(L.).The application of cytokinin at the seven-leaf stage inhibited the activity of antioxidant enzymes and the accumulation of osmotic adjustment substances in tillering nodes,resulting in an increase in malondialdehyde content,which was not conducive to tillering;Correlation analysis showed that the activities of catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD)in tillering nodes were the main factors affecting the tillering of Cynodon dactylon(L.).
