摘要
目的:探讨家庭关怀在抑郁症患者积极应对方式与非自杀性自伤(non-suicidal self-injury,NSSI)频率间的中介效应分析。方法:纳入2022年10月至2023年6月在南京脑科医院精神科住院的252例抑郁症患者为研究对象,采用自残功能性评估量表、简易应对方式量表、家庭关怀指数问卷、自编人口学问卷对患者的NSSI频率、积极应对以及家庭关怀指数进行调查。采用Spearman相关分析抑郁发作患者积极应对、家庭关怀指数与NSSI频率之间的相关性,采用Process 3.0统计学软件进行中介效应检验。结果:性别与NSSI频率具有相关性(Z=-2.649,P=0.008)。积极应对与NSSI频率具有相关性(r=-0.672,P<0.001)。家庭关怀指数与NSSI频率具有相关性(r=-0.665,P<0.001)。积极应对与家庭关怀指数具有相关性(r=0.449,P<0.001)。家庭关怀指数在积极应对与NSSI频率间存在部分中介作用,中介效应占比35.09%。结论:抑郁症患者家庭关怀指数在积极应对与NSSI频率中起到中介作用,提示应重视抑郁症患者积极应对方式,提高家庭关怀指数,降低影响家庭关怀的相关因素,从而减少NSSI的发生。
Objective:To investigate the mediation effect of family care between the frequency of active coping style and non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)in depression.Method:252 patients hospitalized in the psychiatric department of Nanjing Brain Hospital from October 2022 to June 2023 were included in the self-harm functional assessment scale,simple coping scale,family care index questionnaire and self-compiled demographic questionnaire.The correlation between positive coping,family care index and NSSI frequency was analyzed by Spearman correlation,and the mediation effect was tested by using Process 3.0 statistical software.Results:Gender was related with NSSI frequency(Z=-2.649,P=0.008).Positive response was associated with NSSI frequency(r=-0.672,P<0.001).The family care index was correlated with the NSSI frequency(r=-0.665,P<0.001).Positive response was correlated with the family care index(r=0.449,P<0.001).Family care index had some mediation effect between positive response and NSSI frequency,and the mediation effect accounted for 35.09%.Conclusion:The family care index of depressed patients plays a mediation role in the frequency of active response and NSSI,suggesting that attention should be paid to the positive response mode of depressed patients,the family care index should be improved,and the related factors affecting family care should be reduced,thus the occurrence of NSSI could be reduced.
