摘要
在国家高质量发展背景下,高质量发展也成为档案馆新发展阶段的重要课题。本文引入赋能概念,从赋能研究的内涵和原理入手,围绕档案馆馆员、档案资源、档案服务三大要素来探讨档案馆高质量发展的赋能机制,以激活档案馆发展驱动力,实现档案馆高质量发展。一是组织管理视角,通过授权赋能培养赋能型馆员和管理者;二是从技术发展视角,通过数字赋能实现档案资源的大数据化和档案服务的精准性;三是通过知识赋能促进档案资源的共享、传播及档案服务的高匹配度;四是通过智慧赋能档案资源的体验性和档案服务的导向性。
In the context of high-quality development of our country,high-quality development has also become an important task for archives.This paper introduces the concept of empowerment and discusses empowerment mechanism for archives high-quality development,starting with the connotation and principle of empowerment research,and focuses on archival librarians,archival resources and services,so that the driving force for archives development can be activated and the high-quality development can be realized.The first is to train empowered archival librarians and administrators with delegation empowerment from the perspective of organizational management.The second is to realize the big datafication of archival resources and the precision of archival services with digital empowerment from the perspective of technological development.The third is to promote the sharing and dissemination of archival resources and the high matching of archival services with knowledge empowerment.The fourth is to enhance the experiential engagement with archival resources and the goal-oriented archival services with intelligent empowerment.
