摘要
为解决机电产品概念设计方案中未能综合考虑多种绿色设计指标,导致绿色设计效果不佳、影响产品环境友好性的问题,提出了一种基于功能-结构-绿色指标(Function-Structure-GreenIndicators,FSG)模型的机电绿色产品设计方案决策方法。该方法首先通过构建产品的概念设计空间,生成多个可行设计方案;其次结合改进的AHP与CRITIC方法进行权重计算;最后应用偏好顺序结构评估法(PROMETHEE)对各方案进行排序与优选。以洗衣机为例的应用验证表明,该方法能够有效提升绿色设计方案决策的科学性与合理性。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient consideration of multiple green design indicators in the conceptual design scheme of electromechanical products,resulting in poor green design effects and affecting product environmental friendliness,a decision-making method for electromechanical green product design schemes based on the Function Structure Green Indicators(FSG)model is proposed.This method first constructs a conceptual design space for the product and generates multiple feasible design solutions.Secondly,combining the improved AHP and CRITIC methods for weight calculation.Finally,the preference order structure evaluation method(PROMETHEE)is applied to rank and optimize each scheme.The application verification using washing machines as an example shows that this method can effectively improve the scientific and rational decision-making of green design schemes.
