基于信息技术的建设工程招标阶段质量与造价协同管控研究

摘要 文章以建设工程项目的招标阶段为研究对象,系统探讨了信息技术在质量与造价协同管控中的辅助作用。通过应用电子招标平台、大数据分析与区块链技术等工具,优化了采购需求调查、清单控制价编制、评标流程以及合同履约等环节的标准化管理。研究结果表明,信息技术在实现数据整合、流程自动化与风险预警等方面具有显著优势,不仅有效提升了招标效率与管控精度,也在一定程度上降低了人为干预风险。 The article takes the bidding phase of construction engineering projects as the research object,systematically exploring the auxiliary role of information technology in collaborative quality and cost control.By applying tools such as electronic bidding platforms,big data analysis,and blockchain technology,standardized management of procurement demand investigation,list control price preparation,bid evaluation process,and contract fulfillment has been optimized.The research results show that information technology has significant advantages in achieving data integration,process automation,and risk early warning.It not only effectively improves bidding efficiency and control accuracy but also reduces the risk of human intervention to a certain extent.
