基于AI的5G网络智能资源分配算法

摘要 5G网络的高速率、低时延和大容量特性对资源分配机制提出了新的挑战。传统资源分配算法难以有效应对5G网络复杂多变的业务场景和海量终端设备的接入需求。为此,提出一种基于人工智能(AI)的5G网络智能资源分配算法,基于AI强大的机器学习与决策能力,该算法能够实时感知网络状态并准确预测业务需求,从而实现网络资源的动态优化配置。仿真实验结果表明,与现有算法相比,该算法在网络吞吐量提升、时延降低以及资源利用率优化等方面均展现出显著优势,为5G网络的性能优化和可持续发展提供了有效的技术解决方案。 The high speed,low latency and large capacity characteristics of 5G networks pose new challenges to the resource allocation mechanism.Traditional resource allocation algorithms are difficult to effectively cope with the complex and changeable business scenarios of 5G networks and the access requirements of a large number of terminal devices.To this end,an intelligent resource allocation algorithm for 5G networks based on artificial intelligence(AI)is proposed.Based on the powerful machine learning and decision-making capabilities of AI,this algorithm can perceive the network status in real time and accurately predict business requirements,thereby achieving dynamic optimal allocation of network resources.The simulation experiment results show that,compared with the existing algorithms,this algorithm demonstrates significant advantages in terms of network throughput improvement,delay reduction,and resource utilization optimization,providing an effective technical solution for the performance optimization and sustainable development of 5G networks.
