摘要
乡村振兴战略的实施为四川省农村教育事业的发展带来了新的机遇与挑战。体育教育作为素质教育的重要组成部分,对提升农村人口素质、促进社会经济发展具有重要意义。本文运用文本挖掘技术,对四川省2000—2024年发布的60份体育教育政策文本展开深入分析。结果显示,“农村”“乡村振兴”等关键词在2017年后出现频次显著增加,同时“基础设施”和“师资”相关主题的关注度也明显提升。其主题占比分别从2000—2009年的15%和20%,上升至2017—2024年的30%和25%。进一步分析表明,政策制定者在乡村振兴战略指导下逐步调整体育教育政策,将资源重点向农村倾斜,着力提升农村体育设施建设与教师队伍建设水平。本文还探讨了政策反馈、地方实际需求及技术进步对政策演变的影响机制,并提出未来需进一步整合大数据分析与智能化监测手段、完善农村体育教育政策体系等建议,以期为推动四川省农村教育均衡发展提供科学依据与实践指导。
The implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy has introduced both opportunities and challenges for the development of rural education in Sichuan Province.As a critical component of quality education,physical education plays a vital role in enhancing rural population quality and socio-economic development.This study employed text mining techniques to analyze 60 physical education policy documents issued in Sichuan Province between 2000 and 2024.The findings reveal that keywords such as"rural areas"and"rural revitalization"showed a significant increase in frequency after 2017,alongside heightened attention to themes like"infrastructure"and"teaching workforce."The prominence of these themes rose from 15%and 20%(200-2009)to 30%and 25%(2017-2024),respectively.Further analysis indicates that policymakers,guided by the Rural Revitalization Strategy,have gradually reoriented physical education policies to prioritize rural areas,focusing on improving infrastructure development and strengthening the teaching workforce.The study also explores mechanisms influencing policy evolution,including policy feedback,local practical needs,and technological advancements.It proposes integrating big data analytics and intelligent monitoring tools to refine the rural physical education policy framework.The aim is to provide scientific evidence and practical guidance for balanced educational development in Sichuan's rural areas.
