摘要
为控制围岩支护变形量,提高掘进效率,文章以某煤矿采准巷道为例,开展围岩稳定支护与掘进工艺优化研究。根据工程项目的基本情况,进行煤矿采准巷道围岩锚杆支护参数设计与支护工艺优化;根据掘进作业的需求,进行主设备与配套设备选型,针对不同地质条件,设计对应的掘进工艺。实践结果表明,改进后的工艺可在控制煤矿采准巷道围岩变形量的基础上,提高煤矿采准巷道掘进效率。
In order to control the deformation amount of surrounding rock support and improve the tunneling efi-ciency,this paper takes the preliminary mining roadways in a coal mine as an example to carry out the optimization of surrounding rock stabilization support and tunneling process.Based on the basic conditions of the project,the bolt support parameter design and support process opti-mization for the surrounding rocks in the coal mine pre-liminary mining roadways are carried out;according to the requirements of tunneling job,the main and supporting equipment are selected,and the corresponding tunne-ling process is designed according to different geological conditions.The practice results show that the improved process can boost up the tunneling efficiency in coal mine preliminary mining roadways on the basis of controlling the deformation amount of the surrounding rock in coal mine preliminary mining roadways.
