耐腐蚀钻杆技术方案设计及应用研究

摘要 钻杆所处环境复杂,尤其是在高温、高压、含H_(2)S、CO_(2)等腐蚀性气体的地层,易发生严重的腐蚀。文章从材料选择与优化、表面处理与涂层喷涂、阴极保护系统构建等方面着手,对耐腐蚀钻杆进行了技术方案设计,以解决钻杆耐腐蚀性问题。应用结果表明,应用耐腐蚀钻杆能够降低钻井工具失效率,提高井控作业安全性,延长钻具的使用寿命,提高油气生产效率。 The environment in which drill pipes are lo-cated is complex,especially in formations with high tem-perature,high pressure,and corrosive gases such as H_(2)S,CO_(2),where severe corrosion is likely to occur.This paper designs the technical scheme for corrosion-resistant drill pipes from the aspects such as material selection and opti-mization,surface treatment and coating spraying,cathodic protection system establishment,so as to solve the problem of corrosion resistance of drill pipes.The application re-sults show that the application of corrosion-resistant drill pipes can reduce the failure rate of drilling tools,improve the safety of well control operation,extend the service life of drilling tools and improve the efficiency of oil and gas production.
