Yuzhong District is where the city of Chongqing first originated.It opened a window to the world for the locals while serving as the city’s lounge receiving visitors from around the globe.Yuzhong is now a central hub for implementing the China-Singapore(Chongqing)Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity,also known as China-Singapore(Chongqing)Connectivity Initiative(CCI),striving to leverage the important role of the CCI platform to promote high-level and innovation-driven opening-up from a high starting point.With focus on developing modern connectivity and the service industry,the district government has prioritized key areas such as commerce,finance,information,communications,healthcare,education.
