广播电视塔维护项目管理研究

摘要 广播电视塔作为国家重要的信息传播基础设施,其安全稳定运行直接关系到广播电视信号覆盖质量与公共安全。本文以广播电视塔维护项目为研究对象,针对其高耸结构、精密设备与多功能场景的特点,分析维护管理中的难点,提出基于全生命周期管理与数字化技术的解决方案。通过案例研究验证了智能化监测、预防性维护与风险管控体系的有效性,为提升广播电视塔运维效率和可靠性提供理论参考。 As an important national information dissemination infrastructure,the safe and stable operation of broadcasting tower is directly related to the quality of radio and television signal coverage and public safety.This paper takes the broadcasting tower maintenance project as the research object,analyzes the difficulties in maintenance management for its towering structure,precision equipment and multi-functional scenarios,and puts forward the solution based on the whole life cycle management and digital technology.The case study verifies the effectiveness of intelligent monitoring,preventive maintenance and risk control system,and provides theoretical references for improving the operation and maintenance efficiency and reliability of broadcasting TV towers.
