摘要
寨卡病毒(ZIKV)是一种人兽共患的虫媒黄病毒,ZIKV疫情及其临床不良预后引发了全世界的关注。综述了当前对ZIKV病原学的认识,讨论了病毒蛋白与宿主相互作用以及致病性的机制,总结了抗病毒化合物和疫苗开发的进展及公共卫生应对的措施,以期为防控工作提供有益参考。
Zika virus(ZIKV)is a zoonotic arbovirus belonging to the flavivirus genus.The ZIKV outbreak and its associated adverse clinical outcomes have garnered global attention.This article reviews the current understanding of ZIkV pathogenesis,discusses the interactions between viral proteins and host factors,and explores the mechanisms underlying its pathogenicity.Additionally,it summarizes advancements in the development of antiviral compounds and vaccines,as well as public health response strategies,with the aim of providing valuable insights for prevention and control efforts.
