摘要
目的:通过对高原地区青年男子耐力项目运动员的相关指标建模,建立高原地区青年男子耐力项目运动员的VO_(2max)回归方程。方法:以81名年龄为15~18岁的高原地区青年男子耐力项目(中长跑、马拉松、竞走)运动员为研究对象,在云南昆明(海拔1890米)连续4天对运动员的VO_(2max)、3000米计时跑、400米计时跑、身体形态、体成分、血液学指标和心功能等43个指标进行测试,运动的测试顺序采用随机安排,以首先测试的65名运动员的数据进行多重线性回归建模,后续测试16名运动员的数据进行建立模型后的检验。结果:通过对65名运动员的数据进行建模,VO_(2max)的多重线性回归方程为:VO_(2max)=2616.661+60.389×瘦体重(kg)-3.108×3000米跑成绩(s)-16.665×下肢长A(cm)+6.356×最大心率(bpm),R2=0.858;相对VO_(2max)的多重线性回归方程为:相对VO_(2max)=119.685-0.058×3000米跑成绩(s)-0.224×体重(kg)-0.452×跟腱长(cm),R^(2)=0.681。通过对16名运动员的数据进行建模后的检验,VO_(2max)和相对VO_(2max)的两组结果没有显著性差异,且VO_(2max)和相对VO_(2max)的回归模型计算值与直接测试值存在正相关(r=0.735,P=0.001;r=0.509,P=0.044)。结论:建立了高原地区(海拔1890米)青年男子耐力项目运动员VO_(2max)和相对VO_(2max)的回归模型,并通过直接测试对回归模型进行了验证,具有一定的推广应用价值,对高原地区(海拔1890米)青年男子耐力项目运动员选材指标的选择也有一定的参考意义。
Objective To establish the regression equation for the maximum oxygen uptake(VOzm)of male young endurance athletes at altitudeby modeling relevant indicators.Methods A total of 81 young male endurance athletes(long-distance runner,marathoner,and race walker)aged 15~18 years old were selected as the research subjects.The VO_(2max),3000-meter timed run,400-meter timed run,body morphology,body composition,hematological indicators,and cardiac function of the ath-letes were tested in Kunming,Yunnan Province(1890 meters altitude high)in four consecutive days.The testing sequence of the exercise was randomly arranged.The data of the first 65 athletes were used for multiple linear regression modeling,while those of the rest 16 were employed for the verifica-tion of the established model.Results Based on the data of 65 athletes,the multiple linear regression equation of VO_(2max)was:V0_(2max)=2616.661+60.389×lean body mass(kg)-3.108×3000-meter run-ning time(s)-16.665×lower limb length A(cm)+6.356×maximum heart rate(bpm),R^(2)=0.858,and that of the relative VO_(2max)was:relative VO_(2max)=119.685-0.058×3000-meter running time(s)-0.224×body weight(kg)-0.452×Achilles tendon length(cm),R²=0.681.According to the data of the rest 16 athletes,there was no significant difference in the calculated values of VO2max and relative VO2max.Moreover,the calculated values and the direct test values of VO2max and relative VO2max were positively correlated(r=0.735,P-0.001;r=0.509,P-0.044).Conclusion A regression model of VO2max and relative VO2max for young male endurance athletes at altitude(1890 meters altitude high)was established and verified through direct testing.The model established is worth popularization and application,and can provide references for indicators selection of young male endurance athletes at altitude(1890 meters altitude high).
