某型发动机滑油压差阶跃故障分析与排除

Analysis and Troubleshooting of Step-Change Fault in Oil Pressure Differential for a Certain Type of Engine

摘要 针对某型发动机在批产交付过程中多台发动机出现滑油压差信号阶跃故障,采用故障树分析(FTA)排故方式,开展该型发动机数控系统滑油压差信号阶跃故障研究,确认故障是由滑油压差采集系统异常工作引起的。经过对发动机数字电子控制器滑油压差采集电路原理分析,以及数字电子控制器(DEC)断电专项试验和仿真模拟分析,确定了滑油压差阶跃故障产生的原因。结果表明,数字电子控制器滑油压差激励电路相位裕度补偿电容参数与外部电缆、传感器电气参数不匹配,相位裕度较小,易造成滑油压差激励振荡,振荡时导致传感器输出异常阶跃。针对故障原因,采取改进发动机数字电子控制器滑油压差激励电路相位裕度补偿电容值由300 pF调整为30 pF的措施,经稳定性仿真、试验室及装机条件下测试验证有效。 A study was conducted on step-change faults in oil pressure differential signals for a certain type of engine,following the occurrence of such faults in multiple engines during batch production and delivery.The Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)method was employed to investigate step-change faults in the oil pressure differential signals of the engine′s digital control system,confirming that the faults were caused by abnormal operation of the oil pressure differential acquisition system.Through analysis of the oil pressure differential acquisition circuit principles in the engine′s Digital Electronic Controller(DEC),along with dedicated power-off tests and simulation-based investigations of the DEC,the root cause of the step-change faults was identified.The results indicated that mismatched electrical parameters between the phase margin compensation capacitor in the DEC′s oil pressure differential excitation circuit and the external cables/sensors,combined with insufficient phase margin,led to excitation oscillations in the oil pressure differential system.These oscillations subsequently caused abnormal step-changes in sensor outputs.To address this issue,the phase margin compensation capacitor value in the DEC′s oil pressure differential excitation circuit was modified from 300 pF to 30 pF.The effectiveness of this corrective measure was verified through stability simulations,laboratory tests,and on-engine validation.
