摘要
围绕自动化生产工艺中陶瓷结合剂砂轮磨削工艺参数进行深入研究。首先分析不同参数对磨削工艺的影响,然后以提高磨削质量和生产效率为目标,构建基于参数优化的自动化磨削工艺系统。设计多组试验,对砂轮线速度、进给速度、磨削深度等参数下的磨削力、表面粗糙度和加工精度进行详细分析。该试验结果为参数调整提供了依据,优化了陶瓷结合剂砂轮磨削工艺参数,推动了自动化生产的发展。
In-depth research is carried out on the grinding process parameters of ceramic bond grinding wheels in automated production.Firstly,the impacts of different parameters on the grinding process are analyzed.Subsequently,with the objectives of enhancing grinding quality and production efficiency,an automated grinding process system based on parameter optimization is constructed.Multiple sets of experiments are designed,in which detailed analyses are conducted on grinding force,surface roughness,and machining accuracy under parameters such as wheel linear speed,feed rate,and grinding depth.The results of these experiments provide a basis for parameter adjustment,optimize the grinding process parameters of ceramic bond grinding wheels,and promote the development of automated production.
