摘要
水质硬度是注汽锅炉给水的重要指标之一。目前,注汽锅炉软化器产水硬度的监测是通过硬度分析仪在线检测运行组软化器一级罐出水硬度来实现的。硬度分析仪采用定周期分析方式,分析频次较高,试剂消耗较大,且来水硬度仍需人工化验计算。针对软化器产水工艺的特性,提出了一种注汽锅炉软化器变周期硬度在线监控方法。该方法首先对现有设备增设来水硬度取样回路和PLC远程控制硬度分析仪线路,其次推导出基于来水硬度计算软化器产水周期的公式,设计变周期硬度监控策略,并将该控制策略融入现有PLC控制软件中。经现场应用验证,该方法有效降低了硬度分析频次和试剂消耗,实现了设备运行成本降低、操作人员工作强度减轻以及软化器智能化水平提升的效果。
The hardness of water quality is one of the important indicators for the feedwater of steam injection boilers.At present,the monitoring of the hardness of the water produced by the steam injection boiler softener is achieved by online detection of the hardness of the effluent from the first stage tank of the operating group softener using a hardness analyzer.The hardness analyzer adopts a periodic analysis method,which has a high frequency of analysis and consumes a large amount of reagents.In addition,the hardness of the incoming water still needs to be manually analyzed and calculated.A variable cycle hardness online monitoring method for steam injection boiler softeners is proposed based on the characteristics of the water production process of the softener.This method first adds a water hardness sampling circuit and a PLC remote control hardness analyzer circuit to the existing equipment.Secondly,a formula for calculating the water production cycle of the softener based on the water hardness is derived.A variable cycle hardness monitoring strategy is designed and integrated into the existing PLC control software.Through on-site application verification,this method effectively reduces the frequency of hardness analysis and reagent consumption,achieving the effects of reducing equipment operating costs,reducing operator workload,and improving the intelligence level of softeners.
