摘要
随着燃气机组容量及规模日益发展,设备结构越发复杂,故障模式繁多,由此引起的经济性和安全性问题频繁增长。工业界对设备故障问题越来越重视,需要通过信息化的思路应解决工业化带来的问题,全面实施故障管理智能化应用部署,在线掌握各潜在故障的特征、状态与发展趋势,提高机组的安全性和运行的可靠性。依托某燃气机组的科技研发项目,首先通过实时监控和智能诊断燃气机组运行过程,根据其运行工作特点及故障预警工况的测点进行提取,然后进行大数据分析、建模和开发。通过智能诊断模型开发及部署,可以实时监测和优化燃气机组的运行状态,提高启动运行效率,降低燃料消耗和运营成本,增强设备的可靠性和安全性,并减少温室气体和污染物排放,助力节能减排目标的实现。
With the increasing capacity and scale of gas turbine units,their equipment structures have become more complex,accompanied by a growing variety of fault modes.This has led to a frequent rise in economic and safety-related issues.The industrial sector has placed growing emphasis on equipment fault management,necessitating the adoption of information technology-driven solutions to address challenges arising from industrialization.A comprehensive deployment of intelligent fault management applications is required to enable real-time monitoring of potential fault characteristics,operational states,and development trends,thereby enhancing the safety and reliability of unit operations.Based on a scientific research and development project for a specific gas turbine unit,real-time monitoring and intelligent diagnosis of its operational processes were first conducted.Measurement points were extracted according to the unit′s operational characteristics and fault early-warning conditions,followed by big data analysis,modeling,and system development.Through the development and deployment of intelligent diagnostic models,the operational status of gas turbine units can be monitored and optimized in real time.This approach improves start-up and operational efficiency,reduces fuel consumption and operational costs,enhances equipment reliability and safety,and minimizes greenhouse gas and pollutant emissions,thereby contributing to the achievement of energy conservation and emission reduction goals.
