摘要
随着石油工程建设规模的不断扩大,传统人工焊接技术已难以满足工程建设的质量和效率要求。以某油田集输管道工程为例,研究自动焊接技术在石油工程建设中的应用。通过对双丝摆动焊接与定向送丝以及坡口跟踪定位等关键技术的研究与应用,建立完整的自动焊接工艺体系。系统采用脉冲电流控制、热输入精确控制、温度补偿控制等技术,实现了焊接过程的智能化控制,并结合焊缝成像检测和电弧特征采集技术,构建了焊接质量在线监测系统。实验结果表明,该技术在Φ1 016 mm大口径管道焊接中具有显著成效,焊缝成形美观,内部质量稳定,且显著提升了施工效率。
With the continuous expansion of construction scale in petroleum engineering,traditional manual welding techniques have become increasingly unable to meet the quality and efficiency requirements of project construction.Taking a certain oilfield gathering and transportation pipeline project as an example,the application of automatic welding technology in petroleum engineering construction is studied.Through research and application of key technologies such as twin-wire oscillating welding,directional wire feeding,and groove tracking and positioning,a complete automatic welding technology system is established.The system adopts pulse current control,precise heat input control,and temperature compensation control techniques to achieve intelligent control of the welding process.Furthermore,by integrating weld imaging inspection and arc characteristic acquisition technologies,an online welding quality monitoring system is constructed.Experimental results indicate that this technology demonstrates remarkable effectiveness in weldingΦ1016 mm large-diameter pipelines,with aesthetically pleasing weld formation,stable internal quality,and a significant improvement in construction efficiency.
