摘要
针对GD系列包装机典型结构(槽轮机构、空心轴)回油不畅和空心轴磨损导致的漏油问题进行研究。通过对空心轴结构和材料的改进,提升回油效果和密封效果,旨在解决漏油引起的产品污染、维修率高、维修难度大的问题,提高维修可靠性,降低故障发生率。
This research focuses on the oil leakage problems caused by poor oil return in the typical structures(geneva mechanism and hollow shaft)of GD-series packaging machines and the wear of the hollow shaft.By improving the structure and materials of the hollow shaft,the oil return effect and sealing performance are enhanced,aiming to solve issues such as product contamination,high maintenance rate,and great maintenance difficulty caused by oil leakage,improve maintenance reliability,and reduce the failure occurrence rate.
