摘要
主要探讨热交换器焊接工艺选择对设备性能的影响,阐述管板与换热管焊接过程中选择合理的焊接方式方法和操作顺序对设备质量的重要保障作用。分析了因换热管焊接不当导致的管板面变形,进而引起管板密封面不平整,以及换热管与管板焊接时出现的管壁焊破、根部未焊透等缺陷,这些缺陷是设备在压力试验检测或实际使用过程中发生泄漏的主要原因。研究结果表明,采取科学的焊接工艺能够有效解决上述焊接问题,确保焊缝质量。
This paper mainly discusses the heat exchanger welding process selection on the impact of equipment performance,expounds the tube sheet and heat-exchange tube welding process to choose a reasonable welding method method and operation sequence on the quality of the equipment to ensure the important role.It analyses the deformation of the tube sheet surface caused by improper welding of the heat-exchange tube,which in turn causes the unevenness of the sealing surface of the tube sheet,as well as the defects of the tube wall weld breakage and root under-welding that occur during the welding of the heat-exchange tube and the tube sheet.These defects are the main reasons for the leakage of the equipment in the process of the pressure test and inspection or the actual use of the equipment.The research results show that the adoption of scientific welding process can effectively solve the above welding problems and ensure the quality of weld seam.
