摘要 山焦西山太原选煤厂35 kV变电站设备存在老化和自动化程度低等问题,具有一定安全隐患,达不到精细化管理需求。为解决这些问题,提出数字化智能化改造方案,旨在提高变电站的自动化水平,并对变电站高压供配电系统进行全面改造。通过引入智能监控、环境控制、智能识别等辅助系统,实现无人值守、远程监控功能。结果表明,设备改造完成后,显著提高了变电站的运行效率和可靠性,为电力安全平稳供应提供了保障。 The equipment in the 35 kV substation of Shanjiao Xishan Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant suffers from issues such as aging and low electrical automation,posing certain safety hazards and failing to meet the requirements of intelligent management.To address these problems,a digital and intelligent renovation scheme is proposed,aiming to enhance the automation level of the substation and comprehensively transform its high-voltage power supply and distribution system.By introducing auxiliary systems such as intelligent monitoring,environmental control,and intelligent recognition,functions like unmanned operation and remote monitoring are achieved.The results indicate that after the equipment renovation,the operational efficiency and reliability of the substation have been significantly improved,providing a guarantee for the safe and stable supply of electricity.
