摘要
在煤矿供电系统中,漏电、过载及短路等问题一直是影响供电安全与稳定的关键挑战。针对现有系统设备老化和保护滞后的问题,提出基于DZ24L型漏电断路器的技术优化方案。通过提升漏电保护灵敏度、优化过载保护机制、设计分区供电与多级保护策略,以及集成智能诊断与动态调控模块,实现供电系统的全局优化。现场测试表明,优化后的系统在漏电、过载及短路保护响应时间方面显著提升,故障隔离与动态负荷调整能力增强。优化方案适应复杂工况条件,有效提高了供电的安全性和稳定性,为煤矿电力系统提供了技术支持与经济效益保障。
In the coal mine power supply system,issues such as leakage,overload,and short circuit have always been key challenges affecting power supply safety and stability.Aiming at the problems of aging and lagging protection of existing system equipment,a technical optimization scheme based on DZ24L leakagecircuit breaker is proposed.By improving the sensitivity of leakage protection,optimizing overload protection mechanisms,designing partitioned power supply and multi-level protection strategies,and integrating intelligent diagnosis and dynamic control modules,the global optimization of the power supply system can be achieved.On site testing shows that the optimized system significantly improves response time for leakage,overload,and short-circuit protection,and enhances fault isolation and dynamic load adjustment capabilities.The optimization scheme adapts to complex working conditions,effectively improves power supply safety and stability,and provides technical support and economic benefits guarantee for the coal mine power system.
