摘要
为进一步解决矿用通风机筒圈焊接过程的变形问题,以煤矿地面用防爆抽出式对旋轴流主通风机为研究对象,在建立其仿真分析模型和明确分析条件的基础上,探究了约束、焊接顺序和焊道长度对筒圈焊接过程变形特征的影响,以此确定合理的变形抑制工艺措施,包括使用周向四点式约束、合理调整焊接次序和设置焊道划分条数为24。从实验结果来看,上述工艺措施将筒圈变形量降低了近50%,表明该变形抑制方案在理论上相对较为有效。
In order to further solve the deformation problem in the welding process of the cylinder ring of mine ventilator,this paper takes the explosion-proof extraction counterrotating axial flow main ventilator used in coal mine floor as the research object.Based on the establishment of its simulation analysis model and clear analysis conditions,the influence of constraints,welding sequence and welding passage length on the deformation characteristics of the cylinder ring welding process is explored,so as to determine reasonable deformation suppression technological measures.It includes the use of circumferential four-point constraint,reasonable adjustment of welding sequence and setting the number of bead division to 24.From the experimental results,the above process measures reduce the deformation of the cylinder ring by nearly 50%,indicating that the deformation suppression scheme is relatively effective in theory.
